The challenge
SMEs losing contracts because they couldn’t evidence their sustainability, and a consultancy that couldn’t grow past its founder.
What I did
- Ran client accounts end to end
- Took clients to EcoVadis Gold and Platinum
- Built DEFRA Scope 1–3 footprints
- Wrote the SOPs that let the company hire
- Set the assignment for, interviewed and hired a placement student
- Website rebrand and SEO
