The challenge
A company that knew ESG mattered but had no data, no baseline and no idea where to start.
What I did
- Led the data questionnaire and worked out the results
- Scope 1–3 data templates
- SASB/CSRD double-materiality matrix
- ESG risk assessments
- Wrote and produced the report
- Spotted utilities overcharging along the way
