The challenge
Rules-heavy, repetitive, high-stakes work: exactly what a well-built agent does well and a badly built one does dangerously.
What I did
- Mapped the workflow into agent roles with human approval gates
- Turned an assessment rubric into scoring logic that shows the cheapest route to a target
- Built it to draft documents and emails only; nothing is ever sent automatically
- Wrote the product spec, built a clickable demo and a short film
